Iron Tide Command

Iron Tide Command is a thinker. You plan routes, balance fuel against speed, and commit to battles you can't easily undo. It's the kind of game that rewards patience, and it respects your time by letting you pause mid-turn and come back later.
The interface is dense, which is both a strength and a weakness on a phone. Pinch-to-zoom works well, but some of the menu text is small on a compact screen. The settings let you bump up the UI scale, which I'd recommend straight away. Battery use is modest since there's not much flashy animation.
Not for everyone, but strategy fans who miss proper depth on mobile should give it a weekend.
