Farmhaven Days

Farmhaven Days is comfort food in game form. You plant, water, harvest, and slowly turn a scrubby patch of land into a tidy farm. There's a real-time day cycle, but it's forgiving — nothing punishes you for stepping away.

The controls are drag-and-drop with a few shortcut buttons, and they read your taps accurately even when the screen is cluttered with crops. I appreciated the option to turn off the push notifications that sims love to spam; the setting is right there in the menu. Battery use is low, so it's an easy one to leave open during a lazy afternoon.

If you want to relax rather than be challenged, this fits the bill nicely.
